These terms and conditions are applicable to all services we provide.
By placing an order for any of our services you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
By using our service, you ..
(a) Acknowledge that you understand, and expressly agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
(b) Agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing our site,
(c) Represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions (either on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent if you are using this Site on behalf of an entity). If you do not agree with the foregoing, you are not authorized to use our services.
- 50% of the total project cost in the beginning of the project.
- 40% of the total project cost at the time of beta/pre launch.
- 10% of the total cost, after making the website live.
After approval of layout/design if you want to make changes in the look and feel or modify the design, once approved by your end, it will be charged separately. Charges will be on hourly basis $6/hour depending on the work.
If you are want to make the website look and feel different/modified after HTML conversion of the pages, it will be charged separately. Charges will be on hourly basis $8/hour depending on the work.
If you want to change the entire look and feel of a website/page at the time of pre-launch (at the final stage, website almost ready to make live), it will be considered as a separate project and will be charged separately as per time and effort.
Email Response –
We would your timely response to our queries and emails.
If a project delay due to your delayed response on our queries/emails/information you had to provide, in that case we will not be responsible for making the site/graphic delivered on the date/time we had decided at the time of project approval.
